Southern Adventure

Let's talk about my trip to ATL this past weekend!!! OMG loves that place...besides a strip club on every corner in Buckhead like really but it is what is! At first I wasn't too certain about being in the car with the "the man" for 8+ hours but it was fun. Then came the motion sickness for me head out the window majority of the ride until it was my turn to push that G35....vrooommmmm!!!!! We arrived to our delightful two-story hotel room chilled then it was time to get ready for ATL. So it was CAU's homecoming so everything was popping. I have to give the ladies of the south credit for two things shoes & biscuits (booty) those chicks was showing what momma gave em!

So as we entered Esso it reminded us of a club in Miami but much bigger and the served food. Next thing I know if was party time in my 4 1/2 inch heels I got it in you hear me! Down South dirty dirty style. I was "SWAGGIN n SURFING...good thing my hair is loc'd but oh what nite it was. So after burning about 300 calories it was time to eat so the choice was "strip club" or "Waffle House". Waffle House it was our food was served so quick and by the time I got to the car and back at our hotel my stomach was not having it.

Good morning ATLANTA...we were debating on staying one more day but I had too much so was ready to bring it back to D.C. as we checked out who did we run into 9th Wonder along with Halo, Rapsody and Ski Beatz was I jumping around like I just ran into Bey & Jay (yes I was). We chatted it up I let them know I am huge fan and would see them at the Black Cat this weekend we took pics everyone hopped in the whips and headed north on 83.  What a freakin weekend in ATL...

what a week folks...it has been dragging on and on! But now it's almost time to break up out this joint and get ready for #ROADTRIP ATL BOUND! Wednesday was so much fun had a chance to catch-up with some old friends it was just like 2001 all over again "Going with the flow". And now this road trip with "the man" should be entertaining first one since who knows but for an 8hr drive I better load up on redbull and my magazines. hello world....I am trying to be good about keeping up on my post at least twice a week. To inform you great people of what's happening in Mz. New Booty world. So first off my shoe game is getting crazy each week it like I can't go one week with out purchasing a pair of shoes or clothes. What a week it was and hasn't been in a long time. First the party on the boat...and what a party it was had a great time with all the great folks (you know who you are)! Then comes the after party that was the biggest and out of control rush for everyone drinking top shelf, popping bottles and not giving a damn.  On my part it slightly curved to drunken text messages to folks responding whatever the mind came up with.  But at the end I am glad I said what I did, you now understand. Didn't think the person would follow-up on their word but darn it if they didn't which leads us into the weekend.

Weekend of celebrating birthdays and just life. Conversations that ended with new friendships along with invitations to upcoming events.

What a way to end the week of so much excitement!!! Wednesday I was suppose to have that date (Jewish guy) but I kinda cancelled but not properly so he thought or called himself putting me thru the test. Me being me was not taking the bulls$*% so of course he ranted about not having time for the games. So me being the bigger person said hey tomorrow lunch my treat. Joker said he was "too busy", so I said cool it was good for the moment. Thursday morning what text do I read from (Jewish guy) "Fine, I can do lunch but don't know what time"...#BooM game tied. Never can one up MZ New BOOTY...and after all of that we had an interesting afternoon together at his apt...found we had a lot in common music, food and just random stuff. #BINGO...even got added to the FB wall but a shocker occurred when that age popped up.

So last night had happy hour with the ladies and the discussions around the table let's say was out of control. With glasses of wine, beers and vodka's the conversation just grew, secret crushes came out along with hook-ups on the random. Then it came to me how I met the new guy (Jewish guy), of course it was during the celebration of my birthday with some friends that led us into the Hangover edition -Woodley Park style. He's cute very polite and is still taller than me in heels, has a non-profit gig, nice place and BOAT shoes. PLUS!!! But enough about us/him, back to the "GIRLFRIENDS" three of us also shared an unknown hobby. "SECRET BLOGGING" that's what led to my first entry today since 8/2009 talk about taking a break.  Have so much to inform the city of Washington, D.C. with watch out world these finger's were made for "MZ. NEW BOOTY NEWS"....
